Ms. Lopez worked for almost a decade as the Restaurant Manager for Altadena Town and Country Club. As manager, she handled all client services, purchasing, and office administration for the restaurants at the club. She also worked for years as an Office Manager for a family law firm. She received a B.A. from Cal-State Northridge in Chicano Studies and Pre-Columbia Cultures. Ms. Lopez is fluent in Spanish.


Nancy Estrella

Ms. Estrellas’ background includes over 10 years  in the medical field as a Pharmacy Technician  and as a  Licensed Vocational Nurse in a surgical practice. She responded to patient and doctor calls, assisted with patient care  and in-office procedures on a daily basis.  She also was Administrative Assistant at the Altadena Town and Country Club for over 6 years. She fielded telephone calls, drafted reports, and created other special projects for the membership.  Her previous work before QDRO Benefits Law Group has developed her ability to provide great attention to detail and client relations. Ms. Estrella is fluent in Spanish.


Natasha Tang

Ms. Tang’s has substantial experience in customer service and managing others in the catering and food industry at the Pasadena Convention Center and San Gabriel Country Club.  Her experience includes communicating effectively with clientele and management and great attention to detail.

Ms. Ramos’ background includes over 20 years working in customer service and office administration for private corporations.  Her vast office experience includes troubleshooting issues with customers and management as well as handling the details of daily office administration.


Carmen Ramos

Ms. Ramos’ background includes many years working in the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) profession.  She responded to emergency calls and responsible for patient care on a daily basis.  She also was administrative assistant in human resources within her EMT unit in which she fielded telephone calls, provided research, drafted reports, and created and organized employee profiles and other special projects.  Her prior work experience consisted of working effectively with people on a daily basis as well as critical attention to detail in office administration.


Anne Kageyama

Ms. Kageyama has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years. She has also worked at the non-profit organization American Amateur Karate Federation as an office administrator. Ms. Kageyama obtained her Bachelors in the Arts from Cal State Fullerton in Photography with an emphasis in Education. She has a strong work ethic and loves to help people. Her past experience in administrative work and customer service is a great asset to our law firm.
